To encourage the start of a party
Back again and this time we have the sala built, not much left to do on the place now, just get the gate fitted and the beds in and the place will be fit for BBQ so there will be parties, oh yes, there will be parties

He's dead! Is he?
OK so all the conspiracy theories I have come across and none of them take the logical view, why would US intelligence want to kill him off immediately? Wouldn't it be more prudent to assume that they "took him for questioning" or you could believe that he was too much if an embarrassment to a certain family and so was assassinated, but that would leave the big hole in the intelligence side, why didn't they keep him alive for questioning? He was "unarmed" why shoot him in the head, the leg would have been more effective.

Triumphant return from the land that brought you fireworks (and probably flushing toilets)
Yoohoo, back from China, and I returned bearing gifts (two jnr golf sets and some tronic stuff to be exact) as well as my gadgetry, just trying to get bills paid and settling back in (hopefully not too well, I want to go back to work to plump up the bank account again).
No BBQ plans as yet but it is rainy season here.
I want one of those weather stations and a course in PLC programming, and a.......
Yes I want lots of things and I will (eventually) get most of them, patience!

And another thing
OK so you have the base concept of collecting little bits of sunshine (ie: a whole lot of it) and we (that is me, myself & I ) are seriously thinking that we have to store this somehow.
Take one large stainless steel tank, OK I can get one of those (I'm thinking 3 cubic metres (which gives me a working capacity of, ooh lets see oh yes 3,000 litres)). now to insulate it, ah maybe some fibreglass and bury it so it isn't a hazard.
I also need to track down designs for flash boilers and injectors (plus associated check valves and piping) so I can create steam.
Then steam ejectors and vortex tube designs (ran in reverse using a vacuum will give me cold & hot air separation, heatsink the hot & heat exchange the cold and chill water is mine)

Lawks & Lumme
Yes been everso laspse on the blogging thing, I was thinking about making this one into "What I have done reference free aircon", which would suit the last 3 months contributions, I want to make a solar collecting trough, that will harness some serious power in the form of heat!
"What good is heat in a hot climate?"
I want to make steam!
Steam can be used (via a thing called an ejector) to create a vacuum, make a vacuum and reduce water temperature, thus chilling!
With me so far?
No, thought not!
OK with a parabolic trough like the one above, I intend to garner some serious heat.
